Shipping

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We ship both within the UK and internationally. Delivery times and charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days (UK) / varies by destination (International)

• Express Shipping: Next working day (UK orders placed before 1pm) / expedited international options available

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, we offer easy returns.

Return Period: 14 days from the date of delivery

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

To request a return, email us at returns@adamogiuseppe.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide next steps and return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to clear.
